1. Scope
This policy covers the VN Replay Pro V3.01 website and application. It describes the types of information that may be processed when you use the app, download market data, activate a license, or submit a contact form.
2. Most practice data stays on your device
Workspaces, simulated trade history, strategies, settings, and downloaded market data are primarily stored locally. Depending on the data type, you can remove or reset them through the application or local files.
3. When the app connects to the network
The application may connect to servers to download manifests/market data, perform license-related processes, and obtain resources required by the product. Hosting infrastructure may generate standard technical logs such as access time, IP address, and User-Agent.
4. License activation
Activation may use information such as email, machine/user identifiers, Request Key, promo code, or plan information to confirm access. Only send activation information through official VN Replay Pro channels.
5. Website download-link form
If you submit the mobile form, the website may process your name, email, Zalo/phone number, Telegram username, and selected request so VN Replay can send the PC download link or provide support. The form only sends data when a lead endpoint has been configured.
6. Your control
You can manage most practice data directly on your device. For license, support, or website lead information, you can contact VN Replay Pro with questions or applicable requests.
